The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry proposes to expand the list of public services provided in digital format.

According to the head of the department, Bagdat Musin, today there are 690 public services in Kazakhstan, 90% of them are automated. And there is still something to strive for. For example, there are more than 25 subtypes of real estate registration services: pledge registration, rights to a land plot, modification of the agreement, and so on. And they are all not automated. The head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry proposes to expand the list of public services, taking into account subtypes until 1788.

 - We will now begin to automate each subspecies. For example, you can register a business through e-government. But when there is a change of founders, the surname, name, patronymic of the leaders change, you have to go to the PSC. We will approve all subspecies in a separate list and expand the list of state services to almost two thousand, - promised Bagdat Musin.

The plans also include a transition to a multi-platform digitalization model. This model will solve the problem of fragmentation and integration of 400 information systems of various government agencies, which will lead to transparency and focus on the needs of citizens in the field of state activity.

- One of the innovations is a new format of work, namely, receiving services without physically visiting a public service center. For example, only by video call, which in the future will allow the unloading of queues at Public Service Centers. The pilot project is still operating in four regions - Akmola, Kostanay, Kyzylorda and Pavlodar regions. Soon Kazakhstans’ will also be able to use the PSC mobile application. In September of this year, a list of public services was approved, which will be available in pilot mode through the application. At the first stage, 24 operators in four regions will provide state services to citizens via video calls, said Bagdat Musin.
