Qualification requirements

• Having a general understanding and higher education in the field of information technologies and communications;
• Having at least 2 years of work experience in the field of information technologies and communications;
• Being aware of the work activities of international organizations that are conducting research in the field of information and communication technologies (for example, UN, OECD, ITU, etc.);
• Having a sufficient understanding of the methodology and indicators of the "E-government Survey" published by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs;
• Having a sufficient understanding of the methodology and indicators of the "GovTech Maturity Index" published by the World Bank Group;
• Working ability with the State, Russian and English languages are required. 

Job Responsibilities

• Being ready to participate in national and international conferences, seminars and symposia at the request of the head of the division and management;
• Being able to analyze a large number of materials in a short period of time and prepare analytical data based on it;
• Being able to work with official documents (letters, orders, decisions, division work plans, reports, etc.);
• Observing the internal and labour discipline of the Center, careful treatment of the Center's inventory and property;
• Complying with the requirements of established job instructions.
