Tasks:
- Monitoring and reporting on information and communication technology projects.
- Participate in the development of optimized public services and e-government projects.
- Conducting research on the compliance of the site and information systems with the established requirements.
- Analysis and assessment of the level of digital development of regions.
- Making proposals for the development and improvement of information systems.
- Coordination of work on the targeted development of information systems developed by ministries and departments.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of information technology.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of "electronic government" (coordination of IT projects, information systems, their integration, unification, work with databases, API, EPIGU, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral literacy (Uzbek, Russian. Candidates with knowledge of English are positively assessed).
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Work in web technologies (theoretical knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, CRUD, REST, API, Client-server).
- Honesty, hard work, initiative, and a responsible approach to their duties.
- Professional etiquette, ability to work in a team, respectfully treat others, as well as colleagues.
- A culture of communication, the ability to express one's thoughts and opinions, as well as the ability to negotiate.
- Be able to quickly think about problems and make suggestions.
- Be aware of the current socio-political reforms in the country and have a deep understanding of the nature of the measures taken on them.
