Today, on February 5, a practical seminar-training was held at the Andijan City Media and Educational Technical School, aimed at improving young people’s IT literacy and teaching them how to use government services remotely.
In today’s fast-paced environment, the need to stand in queues and deal with paperwork is becoming a thing of the past. During the seminar, specialists focused specifically on these aspects and introduced students to the most in-demand digital solutions.
At the beginning of the training, a presentation was given on the capabilities of the my.gov.uz portal, which provides access to more than 800 services, as well as its mobile application, which allows users to access over 600 services without leaving home.
In addition, students were informed about the procedures for applying to higher education institutions, validating diplomas, obtaining discounted student transport cards, submitting electronic applications and tracking their status online, receiving a 10 percent discount on state duty payments, and following security rules when using personal data.
At the end of the training, students received answers to their questions and tested the portal in practice using real-life examples.
