Mukhitdinov Aziz Khakimovich was born in 1985 in the city of Tashkent.
Graduated from The Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications.
PhD in Economics. He began his career in 2008-2012 as the head of the department of JSC "Uzbektelecom".
From 2012 to 2017, he held the position of acting. head of the department, head of the department of the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications.
From 2017 to 2018 - worked as First Deputy Director, Acting Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "UZINFOCOM".
