It should be noted that from March 1, 2022, a driver with an ID-card will not be required to carry driving and registration documents, power of attorney and insurance.
Thanks to digitization, traffic police officers check these documents against an identification ID card using a special tablet device.
This should not lead our drivers to believe that driving and registration documents, power of attorney and insurance have been canceled. They must be decorated. Due to the automation of the process, drivers who have an ID-card will not be responsible for not carrying these documents.
Drivers are also allowed to use safe and wireless technical means of communication (headphones, bluetooth) while driving.
The responsibility for installing the monitor is also removed, while the ban on viewing the TV and video programs on the monitor installed in the front of the passenger compartment is maintained while driving.
With this in mind, until February 1, 2022, information on insurance contracts will also be fully included in the unified information system.
