In the Network Readiness Index–2025, Uzbekistan has moved up by 9 positions

This result clearly demonstrates that digital transformation processes in the country are being implemented in a systematic and consistent manner, with significant progress observed in the adoption of information and communication technologies.

The leading countries in the global ranking include the United States, Finland, Singapore, Denmark, and Sweden.

In recent years, Uzbekistan’s performance in the Network Readiness Index has shown steady growth. While the country ranked 81st in 2024, it rose to 72nd place in 2025.

These results indicate:

• the development of digital infrastructure,
• the expansion of electronic government services,
• the growth of digital skills among the population and businesses,
• increased effectiveness of reforms being implemented in the IT sector.
