Today, as part of the UN Public Service Forum, an international seminar was held on the topic "The Future of Public Services: Innovations, Technologies, and Citizen-Centered Solutions."
The event was organized by the DPIDG Division of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), the UN E-Government Research Institute (UNU-EGOV), and the Center for Managing Digital Government Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Participants noted that the implementation of modern technologies is not just about technical innovations, but about creating a completely new model of public services, primarily focused on the needs of citizens.
