Starting from December 1, the electronic system "Consumer Appeal," developed by the Competition Committee, became operational.
With the help of this new platform, citizens and entrepreneurs can submit their appeals online, track the process of their review in real time, and also familiarize themselves with the final results.

The launch of this system aims to make the process of submitting and reviewing consumer appeals more transparent, faster, and more convenient.
